For the advanced interface, let the users choose relevant toolbars and features. Also, improve interface response times. i have a very good spec pc (Windows 7 / 4gb ram) and it runs rather slowly. Toolbars also look slightly out of date and clutter up the interface on smaller monitors (e.g my 15 inch laptop) - this is the reason for the idea of a toolbar select wizard for advanced users.
